is FRG01B better than Bugless Beast V0.4?

FRG22D is the latest Froyo from Verizon. And it's obviously stock with no root or theming options so its up to your preference.

click ok to update.... im assuming you're rooted and have a rom manager of sorts. It will begin to udate then will be blocked, you will reboot then you're done. I had to do this 4 times.
