Is Aliexpress.com reliable & reputable? I am considering buy unlocked phones from that site ans was wondering if anyone else has and how was the experience? Thanks!

I am Looking at the Elephones, P7000, P8000 & the P9000 & Vowney when they are released. I am looking for some Good, fairly Powerful Unlocked GSM Phones that wont break my bank
