You don't have a static IP. Every time you reconnect to Verizon, you get a new IP address.

Was under the impression he was referring to his 3G public IP address. If he was referring to just his Wifi lan ip then my response is off topic. If you <JIM> are saying that you can set your 3G IP address to static then I would say I disagree.
