iOcean X7 HD Phone bricked!

I got a brand new iocean x7, rooted it and started using it, I used droid tools to do a backup and have the scatter files and all, next day i turn it on, the cellphone always stayed at the interface of Android, i don't know what happened! I can't get into the main widget! Anyone can help?

sorry, i still can't get into recovery, i send it to repair in our local store! they said it's the problem of screen, and i have to change it!
