Installing Ad Blocker on Chromium browser

I want to install an Ad Blocker to be used by Chromium. Any ideas on how do this given that Chromium does not have sufficient access to Chrome Web Store for installing extensions when using Android?

I will still be able to access all the websites that I use. Some site won't display content if an Ad Blocker (such as Adblocker Plus or Unlock Origin) is installed but Ad blockers normally allow exceptions (e.g. if you are currently 'viewing' a site) for specific sites.

I'm now using Kiwi browser on Android. It allowed me to install extensions such as AdBlock Plus or Ublock Origin according to one's preference.
