Installed SPRecovery, went to flash, and now stuck in boot loop

Pretty much says it all, installed spr, installed the drivers, hooked up the phone into the bootloader, went to flash, and now I'm stuck in an eternal bootloop. I also can't seem to find any kind of signal from verizon's network either.

how do u know you have no signal if youre in a bootloop? and did the sbf flash with no errors

I get the constant "no service" and the connect to charger messages.
