Installed a theme, now I cant add widgets to home screen?

When I long press and then hit widgets the screen goes black for a second and then it goes back to the home screen. Everything else is working fine far as I can tell.

Is there a fix for this or do I need to factory reset?

How come you didnt ask me at 630 over there? Why did you wait till 9 this morning? Anyways I answered in the other thread, get back to me, lets get this fixed.
