Incredible Recovery

Is there a ROM for recovery for the incredible. I am able to boot into recovery but it will not load any roms that i load onto it. It either gets stuck at the HTC Incredible white screen or the droid eye. Any thoughts?

Did you happen to use Nandroid and make a backup before you started flashing ROMs?

Did you root and install recovery with Unrevoked??
