Incredible Force Close Issue

**I wasnt sure if i posted this in the correct forum.

I've recently rooted my phone.
My phone died and now everytime i boot it up it comes up to the how to set up screen (with the keyboard how to use tip/picture). And my titanium backup and rom manager force close everytime i reboot.
Now all my apps cause a force close, even the market.
Only the stock phone applications dont force close.

I would personally boot into recovery and reload a backup of your system
