Imeem & Ustream Broadcasting not loging-in?!

Anyone else trying to create/log-in to an Imeem or Ustream broadcaster acount on your droid... and it not allowing you to log-in...

There is no more Imeem.Myspace bought them out and it sucks I loved imeem on my pc and had a bunch of saved music and playlist and now its all Myspace music fail.

But I just downloaded imeem last week......SO this app is Null & void, invalid, dead?
