Is there any way I can go to my pictures (taken and downloaded) without having to go Camera>Images.

You can use the "Gallery" app (At least on a D1, I'm assuming there is an equivalent for the incredible)

That being said, there are some other viewing apps like B & B Gallery and Photo BURST.
