You must have missed the heavily viewed/discussed thread at the top of the forum - New Razr Software Update NOT ICS - when you posted this thread.

According to the information, the Gingerbread bug fix is supposed to go out as a soak test today. That means it's not going out to everyone quite yet. No ICS.

^^ this - the soak test is rumored to start today, for the Gingerbread "patch" update... which means if all goes well, this patch will be released in a few days. Still no official timeline on ICS.

I'm going to close this as this is already being discussed here, here, and here.
