How do I change the icon skins?

If by icon skins you mean the icons of each application: extracting the apk, replacing the images, compressing again, and reinstalling might do the trick. I haven't tried this, let me know if you try it out and it works.

Open Home allows you to skin your icons, you can find it in the market
