These icons come from the Glasklart theme for i*hone. All I did was compile the icons in a convenient pack so other members here can get theme with ease.
This is a WIP as stated because there are about 40 icons included in this pack. These icons are for apps I use most.
In this .zip, I included the template if anyone wants to create more icons for the pack. http://db.tt/3xqrCnh
