So installed cyanogen yesterday. Everything was great. Just now I put a chevy kernel on and rebooted. Once it got past the moto M and boot animation I am getting nothing but messages that say each app isnt working , force close.... WHAT DO and DID I DO????

First off, be calm. You aren't bricked. There still has not been one case of a phone being bricked that's been confirmed.
Boot into recovery mode(hold x then hit power) and go back to stock. Sounds like the kernel isn't playing well with the build. Then you can try it over again. You are fine..just an install gone bad.
Boot into recovery and install a backup (which I hope you have).
I don't think Chevy's kernels work with current Cyanogen builds. It probably would have been better to ask that question before attempting the install.
Remember - if you get the "M" logo, you're not bricked!

Chevy kernels won't work with Cyanogen. Thankfully, I did a backup before I made that mistake, so I just booted into recovery and I was back in business.
P3Droid & Bekit kernels work with Cyanogen, so DL them from ROM Managerdancedroid
