I have duplicate default ringtones in my phone

Anyone have any idea why there are duplicate default ringtones showing up on my phone or how to get rid of them? Some of them are even listed up to 4 times.

Download an app called "SDrescan". Run it and see if the multiple listings are still there.
It's basically a fresh read of your SD card...

Have you looked on the SD card to see if there are multiple files?

Yeah I did, there's only one file for each ringtone.

Gotta ask.... Have you tried powering down, pulling the battery, and then power back on?

Yeah I tried that too. It must be some app i installed screwed something up. It's just too bad we can't edit and remove default ringtones manually somehow.

Same problem, no solution yet, just a little more info: this happened after rooting and going to BB. Dups don't exist on the sd card as far as I can see.
