My wife's Razr display will not time out regardless of time time you set from 15 second to no time set. She she says it's not a problem with her because she'll just turn off the display manually but that isn't right..it might lead to various problems in the future ... wonder if I should bring it to corporate and have them take care of it.

Did you make sure she doesn't have any smart actions overriding that setting such as battery saver? Mine works fine...

I would think that is a problem. Talk to tech support about it. Have you tried doing a factory reset?
