Ok that title may not have worked for you as I was trying to put together a title that signified iCloud using Google's Cloud. But it would be interesting to know how much Apple is actually relying on Google's Cloud Platform for their iCloud stuff.

all the big names are intermingled one way or the other. netflix uses amazon and apple also uses samsung

I'm not surprised. It's probably cheaper to rent space on Google's servers than build their own Data Centers. Google seems to be opening quite a few new Data Centers around the world, including one in my town.

totally agree. just about everytime I open some tech site there is a press release about another data center google is building...
