huawei valiant 3g problem

my huawei valiant don't get 3g speed. it only stuck on 2g

A little more info might help. Have you had a better signal in the same location in the past? Who is your carrier? What do you feel you should be getting?

i have 2 huawei valiant. one from metro pc and the other from cincinati bell. and the two have the same problem no 3g. apn is correct because its the same my friend use. i have tried other sim card same thing. i did factory reset no change. and i even change the rom of one huawei. all is working except 3g connection. does someone can solve my problem?
