http statuserror: 400 <--When trying to sync to exchange server

I am getting this error multiple times a day and when it occurs I lose all sync capabilities with my exchange server. Sometimes it comes back quickly other times(like now) it is not syncable(?) for hours.

This is driving me nuts! This is happening when I use the native email client on my Incredible. I also believe I had this problem when using Touchdown connecting to the same exchange server. Others connecting to this same server do not have this issue.

Please help!! Could this be a HW issue?

If it matters our Microsoft exchange server is running 2007 sp2
