HTC M8 or Samsung S5??

My upgrade is in mid to late April and I was wondering what you guys think about the HTC M8 and HTC overall? I am debating what would be better. I had a HTC Thunderbolt and hated it. Had soany problems so I want to get an outsiders point of view on what they thought about HTC products?
