Was just in Best Buy tonight to switch over to Verizon and noticed a sale flyer in the mobile phone section that has the Droid Eris FREE with new 2yr activation. This price is good from 12/26 - 1/09. They don't actually have the price with the phone on display. Just in the flyer. I went in tonight with full intentions of paying $99 for the Eris so this was a real plus for me.
