OK. This probably a real dumb question. In Droid X user guide it states, "Touch and play instant music. Just open your music library then select what you want to play. Touch a category then find and select music you want to hear." So, when I touch a category such as album, artist, etc. I get nothing. Do you first have to download music from somewhere in order to have something in these categories? If so, how do you do that? How do you get stuff to come up when you touch on the different categories?

I have a Bob Marley ringtone I downloaded and it shows up in the playlist and that's it. How do you download music and assign it to a category? Maybe these are dumb questions, but I a brand new with this phone.

Thanks.

You can transfer music by USB mass storage mode (drag & drop, windows media player, doubletwist, just to name a few)...

Good luck!
