How to use an SBF??

So my hardware is going out on my D4, when I slide the screen up to use the keyboard, the screen goes out. Tried it on stock/non stock roms, its a hardware issue I'm afraid.
So I'm going to SBF it and try to return it to verizon.

How do I use an SBF to restore my phone to stock?? :blink:
