How to UnSync Contacts

How can I not have my Facebook and G-mail contacts not sycned to my Droid X?

I'd actually like to know this as well. Got a little carried away when setting up the phone! Too much excitement I guess dancedroid

For FB: Settings-->Accounts-->tap on FB account and then remove account. I also use web browser to look at FB, hate the FB app.
