How to transfer videos from DroidX to PC?

I have dropbox but it takes WAY too long over the air.

I've searched and can't find any threads on how to do this via the USB cable.

Any ideas?

Connect to your PC via the USB cable. On your X, menu - notifications. Change to USB mass storage. Now your X should show up on your PC as a flash drive, drag and drop.
