How to toggle between 3G & 4G?

I have searched high and low through the user manual, and in the forums here, and can't find how to do this.
Is this option already hidden within the Razr stock apps, or do I need to go to the market and download an app to do this?
Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Menu button for settings, then wireless and networks, then mobile networks (you need to scroll down), then network mode, and finally CDMA/LTE or CDMA only.

There are several apps to toggle 4G but only one or two that work on the RAZR. I don't turn 4G off so I am not sure which ones work.

"4G Toggle for Razr". Not a true toggle, but provides a shortcut versus fumbling through the menu settings.
