How to set up a sound profile so only one contact rings

I recently made the switch from a Blackberry Storm 1 to the Droid X. Best move I ever made. This phone rocks. One question for you gurus out there:

How can I set up the phone so it notifies me only if a single contact my girlfriend calls or text messages me? I could do this on the BB, but can't figure out how to do it on the X. Is there an app out there that will let me do this?

yes there is an app that should allow you to individualize the sound profiles for contacts. No...I have no idea what one it is. I think I've seen it in a few threads, but I never paid attention to its name(s). Try searching and see what that draws up...

I also was a BB convert and even though I enjoyed that kind of control over my sound profiles cause you could identify without looking who was calling or texting you...it was just like overkill...spending so much time finding ringtones and sounds to identify each and every piece of every contact you have on your phone...I'm better off without it.

IF I find it, I'll post back.

i use tasker to do this. you could also use settings profiles or locale i believe

tasker is a bit more advanced for this but if u can get the hang of it, itll do sooo much more than that.
