Example: Time now is 3pm Monday. I go to default [Clock] App in S4, press [alarm], [create alarm] and set [3.05pm] and click [save]. When the alarm rings at 3.05pm, I press the red X on screen and slide it away to stop the alarm sound. I went the clock app again and saw the alarm set for the next Monday 3.05pm automatically.

How do I set a one time alarm?

(Please note I did not tick Repeat weekly. the text between the [ ] in the above sentences are the buttons that I pressed only)

Deselect it by pressing the Alarm Clock icon all the way on the right hand side. It will change colors when toggled.

Ollie, not sure what you are talking about, i guess you mean the grey color clock icon, if you press it it becomes green, it does not make sense.

After the alarm ring and i pressed the red X to slide it to stop the alarm, i went to the clock app and I see this http://i.imgur.com/67jQGLR.png

I press the time (6:18pm as seen in the first screenshot) and I see this http://i.imgur.com/wHXFqgf.png , it says "alarm set for 7 days from now".

That alarm will not ring because it isn't toggled on. I drew an arrow to the on/off toggle.

Why that alarm entry does not disappear after the alarm has ring?

Is there anyway to set it delete by itself? I most probably will never use the same time again

No they won't disappear on their own. I have 8 alarms that I toggle off and on throughout the week.

How many maximum alarms can it hold?

Does it auto delete the oldest alarm when alarm history gets full?

I'm not sure. I have different wake up times during the week so I have 8 alarms. I've never had more and haven't tried to see how many it will hold. Let us know!

I believe there are options for that when you go in to the settings for the alarm (just tap on it). I know you can set things like number or times you can snooze, how long you can snooze, etc.

There is no option to set alarm duration.

Snooze, tone... are avaliable
