How to send email videos

I just got a droid x and I filmed my son in his haloween costume and wanted to email it to his nany. and papa but it wont let me because it says the file is to large. My video clips are about 5 min each. Is there any way around this? Thanks.

You can lower the resolution before you shoot a 5 min video.

To email the video you have already shot you need to move it onto your computer now. Its probably 20-50Mb.
