uninstall free apps

Good! Much easier. (Paid apps you can uninstall this way too, but you need to do it through the Market to get a refund...) Anyway, touch the Menu soft key on the edge at the bottom of your screen (looks like four lines). Then touch Settings. Now touch Applications and Manage Applications. Now give it a minute to populate with icons instead of the green Droids, and then scroll through until you find the one you want to get rid of. Touch it and hit the 'Uninstall' button, the Droid will do the rest!

If they are stock apps then you will need to be rooted to get rid of them.

Good point, LifeIsABeach! That never occured to me. If that's what you're talking about, all you can do to get them off the screen is drag them down to the gray tab at the bottom of your screen (the app drawer) until the gray tab turns red and then just drop them. Hope some of this helped!

To add to this, if it's past 24 hours you won't get a refund. And if you uninstall a paid app and install it later you won't get the option for a refund even if it's less than 24 hours.
