How to recover certain items?

So just rooted my phone then put on ud 1.0.0 for incredible. Just curious if there's a certain way to restore text messages and calendar dates prior to flashing rom. thanks.

Sorry I actually meant after flashing the rom. I used titanium and rom manager when iflashed so just curious about restoring the old messages and Calender dates
