How to install backgrounds on launcherpro?

Found this thread, but no idea how to put them on.

You probably have to get the apk, open it as an archive using 7zip, and replace the correct file.

Theres a setting from preferences of launcherpro
I believe you would have to download the pix file onto your droid and then:
Menu>preferences>appearance settings>dock background>custom
and it will bring you to your gallery to select the pix.
