There are only a few reasons you might be interested in the OnePlus 2. The first reason is that you are on a budget, but still want a phone with some pretty heavy specs. The second reason and probably most common reason is that you like to tinker with you phone and the OnePlus 2 is a device that allow you to easily do just that. The OnePlus 2 ships with an unlocked bootloader. Rooting the device and installing a custom recovery is a breeze. You do need a working ADB environment to tinker with the device.

There has recently been a widespread problem with the OnePlus 2 were your PC will see your phone in fastboot mode, but will not see your phone in ADB mode. ADB is great for doing things like rebooting your phone to the bootloader, pushing and pulling files, ect. Not being able to run adb commands can be quite annoying. The process is not a point and click process, but if you are good at following directions the fix should be pretty simple. Head to the link below for the full guide.
