How to delete a theme?

I was wondering how to get delete a theme. I used the search on this site and it just kept bringing me to themes. I am running blackglass. I just wanted to try something new but I wanted to go back to stock (rooted stock i mean).

I know this had to be asked a million times but I just can't find 1 topic on it. Sorry in advance.

To delete a theme you would have had to make a backup before applying the theme and then to get back to stock rooted (with no theme) you would just restore your backup - if you didn't make a backup it is a bit more complicated

I always make a backup of the base rom which I can restore. If you do not have a backup then you may need to reflash the rom.

I always make a back up before flashing any rom or theme. If you want to go back then you can but if you don't have a backup then you have to re flash the Rom.

I did do a backup. How do I recover it?

SPRecovey or RomManager Clockwork will allow you to create and restore backups.
How did you install the theme?

Oops! Just noticed you have a X. I believe you need to use RM

I installed it by olding 2 buttons (i forgot what) and it brought me to the black screen and I used the rockers to choose it.

Sorry I am such a noob on all this stuff.
