I am using a bekits 1300 MHz kernel and while on the web it heats up to 104 in just a few min so my question is is that to hot or can the processor handle more?

That won't hurt your droid as long as it's not at that all the time. I personally would never run my droid that hot. i'm using bekits SV1000 and my droid is smoking fast. i was on LV1000 and it was getting around 104 too. this SV1000 i haven't seen go above 95 even playing nintendo
