How do you turn off SWYPE?????????

Anyone know how to do this? I just got my phone and turned on Swype somehow and I am not prepared to learn that yet. THANKS

Menu>Settings>Language and keyboard>Check any other keyboard.

Or long press in a text entry area and select "Input Method", then choose the other keyboard.

For the record, you can also use Swype as a normal keyboard-just don't actually swipe.
