How do you put music or pictures on the phone?

Plug the phone into the computer via usb and asked about drivers, well found drivers for it and still nothing.

So I don't know what is going on.

Instructions are not that good. I download some verizon program that is kind of like itunes for the itouch on how to put music, pictures and video. I follow the instructions on there and it tells me to put the phone in some internet mode and the phone tells me I can't do that visit HTC website (HTC - Products) I go to the site and no thunderbolt.

Help please!

When the "Connect to PC" comes up you can do a number of things. I prefer click and drag method so I just mount the TB as a drive.
