How do I take a screenshot?

drocap2 requires your phone to be rooted before you can use it just fyi.

If it isn't, AFAIK, there is no way to take a screenshot on your device.

I've read the forum, but they talk about apps to take screenshots. I changed a setting the other day and it allowed me to do it by just tapping my exterior camera button

Only works for ROOTED phones. I figured out why it wasn't working. I went from Home ++ to Launcher Pro. Home++ had a setting to it that allowed it.

iirc that only takes shots of home screens and not whats actually visible. so if you had drop down menu showing it would take a shot of the home screen BEHIND it.
I use drocap but I am rooted.
