It is not available for droid 2 only the X... there are some ROM ports of the .595 from the X (see zombiestomped).

I think the latest blur gingerbread leak for the D2 is .153.

If you cant google team black hat and find the app, no offense but you dont need to worry about flashing gingerbread until you have done ALOT more research and educated your self on what your doing. There is always a chance you could brick your phone!
