How do I convert video from PC to Droid?

New user so not sure what's out there for this. Anyone have suggestions to covert movies/tv From my PC over to the droid? I was able to convert my Itunes music now I'd like to convert some video from that library as well.

I always use M4V Converter Plus, which can convert iTunes movies/music to your droid.

If you use shareon video application, you don't have to convert and transfer videos from PC to your phone. I felt that this application is an all in one package because not only can I sync more than one folder that is stored on my PC, but also I can play my media on a DLNA supported TV set or play music on a set of wifi speakers. It is awesome.
