How do I check in somewhere using the HTC Thunderbolt?

I joined latitude. It lets me "check in" places. But how do I check in such that it shows on my facebook profile? - My friend has been doing it via his Evo 4G for a while.

ive never used latitude.... but i know on the android facebook app... on the main menu in the middle i think there is "CHECK IN"
from there it gps your location and or you can type it in and it will find it.. you push check it..and or can tag who is with you.

i use FB check in. works good

hmmm, the facebook android app does not have a check in anywhere. I tried.

Go to your Facebook for Android app. Click "Places" (it's the one in the middle) then in the upper right hand corner it will say "check in" it will find locations near you or you can search for one or create your own. Click check in again and you can tag people with you if you want.

Thanks. Although somebody once claimed that they are able to do a Facebook check-in using htc sense.
