How can I turn on my Droid 4 without the power button?

The power button on my Droid 4 hasn't been working for quite sometime now. It didn't bug me because I could slide the keyboard to turn the screen on and I downloaded an app to turn if off. To make a long story short, the phone died and now I cant turn it back on. I took it to a Verizon store and they said to go to a cell phone repair store. that store told me I had to send it to Motorola to get it fixed. I just need a way to turn it on without using the power button!

I think you may be stuck. My phone turns on by holding the home button but I don't think yours will. Moto repair or replace seem like your main options.
