How can i find app updates that i cleared in the notification dropdown menu

i accidently cleared everything before i noticed i had two updates for the sportstap and handcent apps.

Go into the market, open the menu, click downloads. Apps with updates will be at the top.

Go to Market and hit the menu button. One of the options is "downloads". It will list all aps downloaded.

Start up the market, open the menu, and click on "downloads". You'll see a list of all the applications you've installed. Any that have updates will be at the top, and will say "updated". Just click the app and run the update.
