How can a rename pictures

So I had the LG Dare before, and saved all my pics to my micro SD card.
When I got the Droid, I transferred all those pics to my new 16GB SD card.

Question 1: Now when i go to gallery I have 6 folders! All pictures, All Videos, my_pix, my_flix, camera pictues, camera media!!!

I just need two folders: All Pictures, and All videos. So when i take a pic and save it, I want it to save to All pictures. Currently it saves in every folder, and if i delete it from one folder, it deletes that pic from all folders. HELP!

Question 2: After taking a pic or video, how can i rename it?

Connect/Mount the phone to your PC and copy the contents of the my_pix/my_flix folders to dcim/Camera/ through your PC.

You can also rename the files that are there while it is mounted to your PC.

You can also download a file manager app like ASTRO to move/rename files.
