Well its the beautiful widgets app with dharma icons and obsidian clock. Also enabled no background for the home widget.

Long press>widgets>beautiful widgets>beautiful home weather. Then you can customize it. Also check the box that says "center weather icon" when your coustomizing it

@mardoon: is that extended controls for your power widgets?

Looks like Red Gingerbread Theme, clock widget is minimalistic text, mirror icons I'm not so sure about.

I download the theme earlier today, it's actually Red Liberated.

And thanks for the icons Swagger, I've been looking for some better ones.
