Hot Droid!

Every so often my Droid would heat up to about 120 degrees and burn through the battery. Recently it happened while while it was plugged in. The battery drained slower while it was plugged so who knows how long it was burning up before I noticed it.
Since that time it has been heating up almost constantly and periodicly draining the battery while plugged in.

do you have something using gps? thats a known battery killer, the only other thing I can think of is something is taking up all the cpu time....

Nothing should be using the gps and the monitoring app I've been using doesn't show anything using an abnormal amount of CPU time.
Also as a side note I've not oveclocked or even rooted my Droid.
