Home screen turn landscape?

I would like to have my home screen switch perspective when I turn it sideways(landscape?) like it does when using any app.
Is there a way?

Not Stock...You have to use a Home Replacement app like Home++

You can set it up how ever you want it to look.

Ah.... can use a magnet to put it in dock mode, but that doesn't show home screen

GDE is another option for landscape home.

Panda home can be used for this as well. Works pretty well and can be configured to look however you want.

Alternatively, you can do what Martin suggested and use a magnet (or get a dock with a magnet) to automatically put it in Car Home mode. As long as the magnet is in place, you should be able to have the homescreen stay in landscape mode when you switch to it (at least this is how it works with the media dock).

Or you can manually launch Car Home from your launcher......not a homescreen replacement but has the most needed functionality available when driving.
