This is a nice info graphic. I like that it points out some of the perceived "missteps" that've been made in some versions of Windows, but still doesn't come off as totally biased against thosse IMO.
People love to complain about 8, but I think it was a bold move and ahead of its time. That said, I think 10 is definitely shaping up to be what 8 should've been. the only way the start screen of 8 makes any sense in EVERY version of Windows is when EVERY Windows device is a touch device. I don't see that every truly happening, especially where government and business customers are involved.
Also, bonus fact for those less nerdy, NT, as in Windows NT, literally stands for New Technology. When we talk about NTFS formatting, we're talking New Technology File System. We now return you to your regularly scheduled posts.
