hisense sero pro 7 unrooted need help

i apologize if this is not the place for this , feel free to direct me to an appropiate forum.

i have a hisense sero pro 7, unrooted and it will not boot.depending how i try to boot - i get stuck at hisnse screen, stuck at fastboot i can get to recovery it fails,, it is unrooted . i can provide whatever details needed to help


is there a way go get a stock rom or any rom on it . i am hoping i can fix this its a great little tablet
